Skip the bottled dressing and make this creamy, high-protein, oil-free ranch at home with simple ingredients in just a few minutes.
Made with nonfat Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise or sour cream, this healthier ranch is packed with protein while still delivering all the classic ranch flavor you love.
The best part is its versatility - you can use it as a salad dressing, a coleslaw dressing, a veggie dip, spread for wraps and sandwiches, or drizzle it over grilled chicken, baked potatoes, tacos, or roasted vegetables. Once you try this homemade version, you'll never want store-bought ranch again!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp Ranch seasoning
1 tbsp Hippy All-Purpose Seasoning
¼ cup half and half
Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy
Taste and season with salt and black pepper as needed.
If you'd like a thinner dressing, blend in a little more half-and-half or milk until it reaches your desired consistency.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to develop.
Tips
As the dressing chills, it will naturally thicken. Simply stir in a splash of half-and-half or milk before serving, and always shake before serving.
For a spicy ranch, stir in 1 tablespoon of Frank's RedHot®, or hot sauce of choice, or more to taste
For even more protein, you can substitute ¼ cup of the half-and-half with blended low-fat cottage cheese. It makes the ranch extra creamy while boosting the protein without significantly changing the flavor.
Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for a brighter, tangier flavor.
If serving as a dip, consider adding bacon bits and shredded cheddar cheese
Fresh chopped dill, parsley, or chives make a delicious addition if you have them on hand.
