Who says pizza night has to be a carb bomb? This chicken-based pizza dough is a game-changer: high-protein, zero-carb, gluten-free, and ridiculously easy to make. Use it as a classic pizza base, a wrap for lunch, or even a flatbread topped with whatever your heart desires.

It turns out crispy on the edges, holds up to toppings like a champ, and sneaks in extra protein without anyone noticing it’s “healthy.” No weird textures, no bland keto vibes—just a solid, flavorful foundation that fits perfectly with Hippy Crap swaps (think garlic-heavy seasoning, real cheeses, and zero processed junk).

Great for midlife energy, blood sugar stability, inflammation reduction, or anyone who wants pizza without the post-meal slump. Family-approved, picky-eater friendly, and ready in less than an hour.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1-1/2 cups (10-12.5 oz) can chicken, drained OR rotisserie chicken

  • 1 egg

  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, shredded or grated

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tbsp Hippy All-Purpose Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning, if desired and you want more flavor

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Throw all ingredients into a bowl and mix well to ensure all seasonings are evenly incorporated.

  3. Dump the mixture onto the parchment-lined sheet, press and shape or roll and even out into an even circle or rectangle (about ¼–½ inch thick).

  4. Bake for 20 minutes. Take out and let cool for 10 minutes (this helps it firm up). Add your toppings of choice.

  5. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and hot.

Tip: You can double the batch and freeze one crust (par-baked) for quick future meals.
